in to investigate a fire in vallejo that would be a case of domestic terrorism. it burned the offices of the city's mayor. investigators are trying to figure out who might want to target that mayor and why. >> when vallejo mayor saw the magnitude of the damage to the law office he shares with attorney michael thompson, he couldn't help but shed a few tears. the fire was reported at about 1:30 saturday morning at the small office building just across from the solano county superior court. they believe someone set the fire intentionally. >> suspicious fire at this time. it's under investigation. we hopefully will have more information in the coming days. >> vallejo police said the same building has been targeted by vandals in the past few months who have thrown rocks through windows. and while investigators search for a motive for the fire, they say they're now looking at all of the possibilities including if mayor davis has any political enemies who would want to target him. >> the fact that it involves the mayor of vallejo and the fact that he's a high profile figure in the city could be classifi

that big lake city contract that is behind them. they think that atk can outperform by 20% over the next three to six months without much in the way of down side risk because the stock is so cheap. they believe that worries about the lake city contract were keeping the stock down. that's a big part of the business. the deal can be worth $2 billion over the next ten years. if they lost the contract, it wouldn't have been a huge hit to atk's earnings. the company doesn't have any other major contracts expiring in the near future where it has to compete for business. investors have much less to worry about. confidence, now the big risk, it's off the table. we can now focus on atk's monster buy back, 175 million repurchase authorization. plus, if obama gets re-elected, they expect the civilian side to get a major boost as regular people, yes, stockpile ammo. not making it up. talk to cabela's. what happens if the election in 2008, on the other hand if, romney wins, he wants to increase spending. given all the factors, i can see why cowen believes that atk can outperform by 20%. you make a pr

city police tell us set police tried to break up the altercation and requested back up. when police responded and tried to separate the two teams, a volunteer pushed and shoved staff members, grabbed a student by the collar and punched a player in the head. the player was wearing his helmet. apparent told officers she also saw him stop on her son. parents spoke with another student -- parents of another student said they saw him punched their child. he faces counts of second-degree assault. a man kidnaps his own roommate and then holds him for ransom. police arrested 29-year-old justin gorham, charging him with kidnapping, assault and use of a firearm. he and the victim work at a scrap metal company. they got into an argument over $2,000. gore and eventually forced the victim into a truck, pulled out a gun and demanded a family member bring cash to a gas station. police caught up with him and found the victim unharmed in the back seat. still to come, and nationwide meningitis outbreak spreads to maryland and leaves at least one person dead. what investigators space-bar to the spread
